Relax, take some time for you and enjoy the country views and air, a wine or 2 outside under the stars and the miniature goats who love pats and weetbix.
If you are also thinking of living a tiny life and want to try it out before committing, this would be an ideal unique opportunity for you.
- Fully self-contained and eco-friendly – solar, gas, tank water, double glazed windows, skylight, RCAC
- Max 2 adults. No children
Fully Equipped Kitchen
- Gas cook top and electric oven
- Fridge/Freeze
- Kitchen basics with pots, cutlery, cooking utensils, kettle, toaster
- Tea, coffee, sugar and UHT milk supplied
- Small dining table overlooking paddocks and animals
Lounge Room
- 2 single seats
- TV with free to air channels and remote control
Bathroom, with
- Flush toilet to septic tank
- Full size gas hot water shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel supplied
Ladder Accessed Lofts
- Bedroom loft with queen mattress, lamp and power points to charge your technology
- Reading loft with books, comfy bean bags, lamp and the softest rug
Outside Lounge Area
- Large timber lounge chairs with cushions
Additional Points
- Zip bag of weetbix are for the goats. Please feel free to feed the goats these weetbix but do not feed them anything else.
- Quiet house 10pm to 6am
- Check in after 1pm and check out before 11am
- Guests must not exceed 2 (Adults only, due to loft accommodation)
- Guests of staying guests must not exceed 5 and must not stay overnight
- Grocery shopping, medical centre, fuel etc can be found 15 mins away in Yass.
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No pets allowed on the property
- As it is a working farm, there will be moaning/bleeting animals and general farm noise on the property. Whilst we have your privacy in mind, the owner may be required to work in the paddocks in vicinity of the tiny home.
- Please refrain from entering paddocks without permission from the owner
- Mobile network coverage is available
